Makes early mornings easier. I work early shifts and used to wake up from hallway lights and neighbors getting ready. The mask blocks light completely and the noise is much less disruptive. I’m not exhausted anymore when my alarm goes off. Love the blackout aesthetic.

Big upgrade from regular earplugs. I’ve tried cheap foam earplugs and they never stayed comfortable. These feel more secure and don’t hurt after a few hours. Combined with the mask, it makes city noise manageable.

I’m a very light sleeper and wake up to random sounds. This helped more than just white noise alone. It takes a night or two to get used to the earplugs, but once you do, it works well. I’d recommend it for apartment renters. Need color options.
